Texas Thrift Store Parking Lot Improvements

This project involved significant improvements to the parking lot of the Texas Thrift Store, enhancing both functionality and durability for customers and staff.

The scope of work included the removal of approximately 11,700 square feet of existing, worn-out pavement. After removal, the subsoils were evaluated and replaced with more stable, compacted materials to create a strong, reliable foundation for the new surface.

Once the base preparation was complete, 6 inches of reinforced concrete pavement were placed, providing a long-lasting and low-maintenance surface designed to handle vehicle traffic and resist wear over time.

These improvements not only upgraded the parking lot’s appearance but also increased safety, drainage, and overall usability for all visitors to the store.
